Sunk Capital are proud to parter with construction startup YourPort, providing $67 billion of backing to help democratise international shipping port ownership. Never before has your dream to own a major seaport been closer.
Now anyone can speed up container delivery direct to their home.
Average construction time is only 6 years.
Backed by Stefan Marković, Serbia’s #4 toe wrestler
YourPort is a globally reviled construction firm with a reputation for developing shipping ports that defy both expectations and local labour laws. Led by the charismatic Clint Topperman, with a brief background in the cheese industry, YourPort are determined to put international shipping ports in the hands of anyone, regardless of qualifications or legal status.
After building a successful minor cheese brand, Clint branched out into international port construction.
YourPort secures its first client, Brenda from Essex, England. Construction is mired with problems.
Forced into a commercial partnership after threats over gambling debts, Clint welcomes YourPort's first brand ambassador, twice runner-up in the Serbian National Toe Wrestling qualifiers, Stefan Marković.
What is shipping if not international? Clint opens an office in some woods outside of Riga, Latvia. Second client secured, Mavis from Gateshead, UK.
Sunk Capital are proud to be working with YourPort. Through an initial investment of $67 billion, YourPort will begin its international expansion efforts. Focusing on impoverished, rural areas—those most in need of international shipping ports—strategic efforts will be made to accommodate the local workforce. We are confident that labour laws will not be upheld when challenged.
Barry Sunk, CEO of Sunk Capital, recently signed the investment deal with Clint at a port opening ceremony outside Boulder, Colorado, alongside YourPort brand ambassador and two-time runner up in the European regional qualifiers, Serbia’s #4 ranked toe-wrestler, Stefan Marković.
Thwaite International Shipping Port is under construction and due to open in Spring 2026.
YourPort’s mission is to bring international shipping port construction to the people. What has previously only been a possibility for governments and large multinational corporations, port infrastructure has been unlocked for everyone.
One of YourPort’s early customers is Mavis, 73, from Thwaite, a small village in the Yorkshire Dales. Mavis was initially unsure about purchasing a major international shipping port, but her fears were soon put to rest once Clint, CEO at YourPort, drew up plans so she could see how her back garden would be transformed.
“It will be fantastic for the village,” Mavis said. “We’ve never had an international shipping port before.”
When questioned by the village council about how a major port would even work given that the only nearby body of water is a small tributary of the River Swale, around 10 feet wide and less than a foot deep, Clint explained that widening the river and extending the North Sea inward by 30 miles would be a key part of the project.
From single-mum Debra to Ingrid, a Danish pensioner living off-grid in the forest, YourPort has made international shipping ports available when every other contractor would have refused on solid legal and logistical grounds. For Clint Topperman, when people say “impossible, why would anyone ever do that?”, it’s just a challenge to be accepted.
One of the main reasons YourPort customers hesitate when considering an international shipping port installation at their home is the cost. This is where YourPort has truly shaken up the market. What would previously have been enormous payments upfront are now instead spread out over time.
Take Gerald, a happy YourPort customer who lives in a small village in rural Germany. Gerald had never considered an international shipping port before, but after reviewing the YourPort brochure, he selected his preferred options and signed up.
YourPort sent its top legal team to visit Gerald in his home and explained their industry-first interest-free payment plan. An initial investment of $11 billion would be spread over five years and 60 manageable monthly payments of $183.3 million.
“I couldn’t be happier,” said Gerald as he signed the contract. “YourPort gave me a customised payment plan and now I don’t have to worry about upfront costs.”
Some questions remain about the logistics of building an international shipping port in remote southern Germany, but Clint Topperman is not a man to take “categorically impossible” for an answer.
YourPort has brought a safe, environmentally conscious development to the quaint Yorkshire village of Thwaite.
One of the reasons for our investment in YourPort has been their commitment to the mitigation of environmental damage. Rather than facing costly cleanup penalties and potential jail time, Clint has promised instead to implement a robust policy of damage mitigation.
Firstly, YourPort will heavily dredge local rivers to ensure all wildlife has been removed and disposed of prior to the start of construction. Secondly, YourPort have invested in building a team of highly trained hawks to round up and move any birdlife from the area. Any hawks remaining are shot.
While some instances of reeking industrial seepage come within industry guidelines, YourPort engineers have come up with an ingenius solution to pipe leakage. Rather than allowing the chemical run-off into the surrounding water system, it is captured and pumped directly into the local streets instead.
